The Day in The life of Working and School

Well things have been getting interesting for me this past week, i actually got a job, but here is the problem i am having i cant seem to balance school and work.

The problem is that my boss wants me to learn how to use the equipment during the day, but i have school, so i have to go in to work and learn how to use the equipment, especially after a long day of learning at school and an early wake up at 5:45 am, plus i have to ride my bike to school. 

here is my solution, my boss told me to go to school because school is important, because with out school i would not graduate high school, and if i do not graduate i can not keep the job i am doing now which is audio visual at the Ritz. 

like the day i wrote this it was Friday like for instance i have to go in to work tonight at 6:30 pm and i dont know how long i have to work for either, so that kind of sucks, but hey there is a bright side to every dark place, the bright side is that i get paid $10 an hour so if i don't know how long i work for i dont know how much i get paid. 

but since i have to work at 6:30 pm tonight that's not to bad considering i don't do much on a Friday night anyways so why not work and make money at the same time. 

Terrible Blogs

These are the worst blogs I have ever seen or read.

For example there is a blog on the new fast and furious movie right and just the way He started his blog off was terrible, like it was horrible, and i'm not that good at writing things but here it goes this is how his blog started off.

Run time - he actually put 35 minutes

Like really bro thirty five minutes like is this guy an idiot, the movie run time is actually 2 hours and 40 minutes, like where did this guy get 35 minutes from.

Oh but don't forget this! This is the best part.

When He starts to write his blog now he starts it off, on Wednesday April 17, 2017.... but instead of talking about the fast and furious movie this guy started to talk about a different non related movie at all to fast and furious, He was talking about a Japanese movie he had recently saw.

Another great part bout this blog is that he said he had a heavenly time watching the Japanese movie and he didn't have that feeling watching the fate of the furious.

I mean to me personally this guy is terrible at staying on one subject, He had also said he spent a good while in the terrible blogs category or website and he thought he was out but he is not out of it yet and probably never will be.

As I was saying  personally I loved the movie but other people might not like it at all, but I absolutely loved it. I mean I predicted the movie in some spots but other than that it was an amazingly awesome movie

Didn't Know What To Write About

This is me trying to write a blog but it is not going to well, I honestly do not know what to write about. So i'm literally just sitting there in class, not knowing what I am really doing but typing what is coming to my mind, I have a lot of things on my mind but this is just the thing I can not write down everything i'm thinking but that's not the point of this blog. The point of this blog is for me to slowly kill time, so the time right now is 9:18 AM on the lovely day of Saint Patty's Day, so its the 17th, what I am hoping for is for me to be done at 9:55 AM, this is going to be a very long blog this week i'm sorry guys. lets talk about the weather, the weather outside is very dark, the clouds are not letting very much light through, just enough to where its day time but its still pretty dark for the time of day, its not bright enough for me to be wearing sunglasses, it doesn't even make me squint at all. The wind is very strong twenty two miles per hour to be exact, its pretty cool out side to for the time of year, even tho it always feels like summer here, i'm just thankful it cant snow here, I really don't want to be in the north east part of the United States, i would not want that to happen here.

My Week In Colorado

This blog this week is about my week in Colorado snowboarding. The flying was the worst part I can never fall asleep unless I didn't go to sleep the night before, I usually do not sleep the night before cause a four hour flight is not really that fun if your awake but luckily I was on one of the new 737-800s they have TV screens on every seat I only had one problem coming back to Cayman i bought Bluetooth headphones, the TV screens do not have an option for Bluetooth, but back to my week in Colorado my week there was amazing because i was back in the state i want to live in. Colorado is the place where i am considering applying for collage. It snowed on Tuesday and Wednesday of the break so it put eight inches of fresh powder on top of the base and top of the mountain, those days were my favorite because i love snowboarding when there is more than three inches of snow because i feel more comfortable doing tricks i wont normally do if its icy because the ice hurts a lot but don't get me wrong powder hurts too but not as much as the ice tho.

but when i got back so last Friday i was in Savannah and reds needed to get his boat home but we didn't have a truck with a tow hitch, but you know what we did have, we had 3 bicycles. So we got my bike and lifted up the trailer, onto the seat of my bike, took the safety chains and wrapped them around my seat post. We got some rope and tied it down tightly to the seat so if anything moved my whole bike would move, so after that i got on the bike, Reds got in the boat, and we took it to his house slowly but surely.

My Weekend

My weekend was an amazing, i went home Friday right after school, asked my dad to wash the car for gas money for the boat, so i washed the car as fast as i possibly could, it only took me forty minutes for me to do by myself and then i went to launch the boat at the airport launching ramp, but as we got there i noticed it was pretty rough, so burned through gas pretty quickly because i trimmed up the engine which burns more gas quicker, so i got to duck pond and i noticed i only had  3/4 of a talk left and we wanted to go to rum point Sunday. so we headed to rum point and i only has 1/4 of a tank left but we made it there and back but now when i got home i flushed the engine while running it and it ran maybe 45 seconds to a minute and i ran out of gas and the engine shut out.

the lesson we learned was that it is always a good thing to take extra gas, no matter what the situation is, weather its your headed out fishing check your gas level, or wake boarding check the gas level, if you don't know how much gas you have in the boat when you launch it, go to the gas station or barcadere, or harbor house and fill up your tank, it never hurts to put extra gas on top of the gas you already have, i never want anyone to feel the way i felt headed to duck pond, i was afraid we would not make it, i had a very sick feeling in my stomach that i would not make it and we would have to paddle our way beck to the launching ramp at duck pond, and that was not going to happen because it was almost 4:30 pm and the deadline i had to be there was at 4;30 pm and i made it to the launching ramp at 4;26 pm and i didn't get in trouble this time i escaped trouble this time.

 

My Wonderful Weekend

My wonderful weekend consisted of helping a friend wash a 40+ foot boat. When a friend asks yo for help you realize they act ad treat you like family, you know you have to help them weather you like it or not.

so i went to Keenan's house this weekend when our friend called me and said, " yo Andrew can you guys help me clean my boat today ?" i had to say yes, well i didn't have to i wanted to say yes because he is like family to us. The people who were helping were me, Keenan, Reds, and Kyle.

i have never seen Kyle work so hard before in my life, when our friend Dylan would say we were done for the day we would look up and see Kyle up there working harder than ever. i believe that the only reason Kyle was working so hard is because he was getting sick and loosing his voice, so when he realized it was hard for him to talk he couldn't tell any stories the whole day, we all were super happy he couldn't tell any stories, mainly because once he starts telling stories he can't stop.

so when Dylan told us he would be there with the boat at 9, well he wasn't exactly there with the boat at 9, he came and got Keenan at 9:15 am, and took Keenan to help him go get the boat cause it takes 2 people to get the job done, Once the boat got to where we were supposed to do the work, we all kind of sat around for a while and asked each other where do we start first? Well i will tell you we washed down the boat with the hose first then we scrubbed the boat with H-7, and then we washed it with water to wash it down. the next day Dylan wanted to buff it and well he is still doing that, today and tomorrow.

i almost died out at 12 mile bank

Ok so i went fishing with Keenan, Kyle, Matt and Dylan, right so that night we had to prepare the boat for fishing that very next morning right. so my dad and brought me money to put gas in the boat, so dylan took us to get oil and gas from the gas station and went to get oil of course, so i spent $80 on the oil, and $157 on the diesel, but then i noticed how are we gonna put the diesel in the boat, so we sifened it in to the gas tank. so we went and woke matt up at 3:30 am everyone showed up at the boat at 5 so they were late, we all got on the boat and we untied and headed for the main channel marker. then by this time the sun was just starting to come up, and they we pointed the bow of the boat towards 12 mile bank. we got out there and we heard a thump and heard something spray, we were like what is that, come to find out a 10 pound fire extinguisher had went off, all of it was inside the boat, so while we were out there i climbed up to the bridge where they were driving, and i hit a railing and it broke and i almost fell into the water at 12 mile bank i would have freaked out but im ok and im here thats what matters.

i also went fishing with Keenan, Kyle and his dad, yesterday we caught 10 barracudas and 1 wahoo, this was the first wahoo we have ever caught all together in the same boat, heres a picture of keenan with the wahoo, 

Christmas Break

before Christmas break i had ordered a bmx bike and the people told me it would only take a month to a month in a half to be shipped to here. I know better to not trust the shipping time therefore it took 2 months to get here and then it sat in customs through Christmas. When we got back to school on Wednesday my dad came to pick me up from school on Thursday and that's when i finally got my bike after almost three months of waiting i got my bike. After i got my bike this past weekend i went to sav and someone told me to jump over a barrel laying on its side and i hit it with the front tire and i ate the ground, but i also bent up my ankle and its hard for me to walk now.

The next time someone tells me to do something that i know i cant do, im not gonna do it because i cant get hurt anymore before February because i'm going snowboarding with my dad and my brother and my cousins or cousin, i'm not to sure yet which cousins i'm going with, all i know is that when we have February break im going to Denver, Colorado and staying at the keystone resort, so then whenever i wake up i can just go and hit the slopes, i'm aiming to be one of the first people on the mountain, i hope it freshly snows while i'm there again this year.
